George Romero's: Forest of the Living Dead

DISTEMPER, NOT RABIES INFECTING MANISTEE ANIMALS
Diseased foxes and raccoons are coming out during the day in Manistee, but
now police say worried pet owners can breathe a sigh of relief. People
were concerned the animals were rabid, but police say tests confirmed that
they actually had distemper. Yikes! That's bad enough. The animals normally come out from the woods
at night. That's why their day time activities and abnormal behavior have
people worried. City police say your animals are safe for the most part.
The Chief reminds people who might want to take care of the problem
themselves that it is illegal to discharge a weapon within city limits.

-- One eyebrow is officially raised.
Actually, they're zombie foxes and raccoons. Everyone for themselves!!!
