ADDENDUM AND BIG NASTY MISTAKES THAT STINK LIKE THINGS THAT REALLY REEK!

Pete Yates pointed out something over top of his desk.
He mentioned that I didn't get the irony of this story and I concluded that there are days I have to slapped in the face with the fish and then told it's an Asian Carp....

This was the headline he saw:Guy kills brother in court over who will use the bathroom first.

What I saw was: Investigators tell us the two argued over who would use the restroom first. Zachariah Hooper allegedly grabbed a gun and shot his brother in the neck. Jeremiah Hooper later died at the hospital.

Pete Yates said: "I think it's just a poorly written headline.  The man is in court after shooting his brother, not in court and then shooting him there."
And he is right.
It stinks like uncooked chicken skin left in a trash can for six days, outside in 85* weather.
What I thought was bizarre in sort of a "Jesse James" manner, was that his brother was shot over bathroom privileges....

Can't blame us that the story in and of itself is a double header of weirdness.
