State Police Officer Wounded when Gun accidentally discharges
An off-duty state police officer is hospitalized in Marquette, after his handgun, apparently discharged accidentally Saturday, while he was visiting a local festival. The officer, from the Sault Ste. Marie post, was just getting out of his car while visiting the Rudyard Days Festival, when the weapon discharged.
