Through numerous tips and a month long investigation, three juveniles were taken into custody for an incident at K-Mart in Alpena. Police say the three girls, ages 11 and 12, were caught on surveillance tape staying inside the store after it closed. For two hours, they stole and consumed numerous items. They were all released to their parents, pending their hearings.
